Another article about Instagram, from a fashion-industry perspective, this time in the Wall Street Journal! In September 2011, they noticed that Instagram (aka “IG” to the faithful) was all over fashion week:
Some photographers hate Instagram, claiming it cheapens the art, craft and skill of professional (fashion) photography. Others absolutely LOVE it, and call it the “new Polaroid” or simply use it as another tool in their camera bag… What do you think?
Confession: we are little biased towards Instagram in the social photography and imaging universe, because one of the AgencyMGR management team members has been an active poster on Instagram since late 2010. You can check out his “stream” under user name “Remages” … 🙂
